I would agree to a certain extent...you are definitely right in that the DR's are the only ones making momey.. Yes I was an OM, and on occasion I would get a good bonus...but if you have a lazy doctor it really not fair. I busted my but and wouldnt bonus some months and he was lazy yet bonused every month. I really liked my job but was let go for no reason at all....other office managers did things that they should have been fired for...it all boils down to if your boss doesnt really like you and your not in "her" circle ...director of ops....then its history. Unfortunate but true. I will also say also that they do tend to be nicer to doctors seeings how they are trying to get them to buy the practice...plus there are not that many doctors out there, they are hard to come by....well at least the sane ones. I worked with some real crazies. In addition...to some of the others comments...I agree its all about the money its not about patients at all...they do bill out for surgical extractions when they are only simple. Especially when it comes to their "oral surgeon". Notorious for this.

I impressed with this dental review. I have noticed that dental clinic avoid such kind of explanation most of the time.
